If the reason does come out, it will likely not be from either Twitch or Doc, as it will likely have to be a third party, or possibly law enforcement itself, if that is indeed the issue here.
He broke out by streaming games like H1Z1 before exploding in popularity thanks to PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds. Twitch signed Dr Disrespect to an exclusive two year contract back in March for an undisclosed but life-changing" amount of money. Twitch did not want to lose one of their most followed streamers and hence offered a bigger deal.
Their statement does say that rules and terms of service apply "to all streamers regardless of status or prominence in the community". To be blunt, we've seen nothing that rules out the possibility that Disrespect pulled himself off Twitch for some reason, however unlikely that may seem.
Gemma Lindsay teaches in a private secondary school in Glasgow, where pupils are first introduced to the Holocaust in their second year of senior school, at the age of 12. She says this is the case in most schools, dancest.ru both state and fee-paying, for a specific reason.
