Former radio personality Em Rusciano has given her legion of fans an update on her pregnancy.
The 39-year-old took to her Instagram account, on Tuesday, to share a baby bump selfie and notify her 154,000 followers of her progress.
In the photo, she proudly donned a pair maroon crop top with a pair of black and white under pants as she flaunted her belly at 21 weeks.

Em, who is expecting her third child with husband Scott Barrow, then went on to detail her symptoms including, 'constant peeing, the swollen feet and the GIGANTIC NIPPLES.'
She continued to joke about her breasts, telling fans: 'Guys they don't stop growing...
I thought they'd reached peak with my last pregnancy: hello dinner plates with fleshy almond thumbs.'

Her pregnancy update comes after she recently bid farewell to her co-host role on the 2Day FM breakfast show.
In her farewell speech, she revealed her naivety going into the hosting role and recalled some of the show's special moments.
'Two years ago I agreed to take this job on and, I'll be honest, I was pretty arrogant and I thought I'd totally blitz it and we'd go to No.
1 in like a year,' she said.
