This is the frightening moment a P-plater is caught hanging out of a car window as her friend speeds down a freeway.
The passenger can be seen sitting on the door with her entire torso outside of the Hyundai Accent as the driver travels along Maryborough Hervey Bay Road, north of Brisbane.
A concerned motorist contacted police with dash cam footage of the incident and officers worked to identify two women, who both held P-plate licences.
