I dunno who decided it or what their reasoning is, it just sort of became the norm. I really think it just so that a player can push to their strengths. Like if I great at jumping, I should be able to make use of that and push to a jump shot that feels good to me, but may not be my partner favorite..

I think you missing the point here. I been through Katrina and now Harvey. I evacuated when Katrina hit (like we were told) and it took us 12 hours to drive to Florida when it normally only takes 3 from Mississippi. Practice doing slow moving relaxing exercises and exercises where you hold a pose. Workout your whole body. You become more aware of your different muscles and you practice focusing on different body parts.
But it was a Goldilocks recovery and to this very day the bond market has not changed its mind about that.
