4. Drinking too little water or eating too much fish or other fish may lead to problems with your kidneys. Also, it is important to not eat too much fiber to get more nutrients, which might lead to problems with your cholesterol and bad cholesterol levels.
5. People with a history of heart disease may also be more likely to be intolerant to certain fish.
6. If you have or need an emergency water supplement, you should check with your doctor before your water fasting.
